As I suspected, the Nokia 3310 won't work in the US. Doesn't even support US frequencies. It's a shame, it'd be cool phone to have.

@jextxadore compared to a modern smartphone, it's nothing. :P
And, sadly, it's a 2G device, which means it's a non-starter in the US since only one GSM operator is still using 2G (T-Mobile). So playing Snake is about all I could do. :P
@der_jeff meanwhile, it's gotten ridiculous in 'Murica since I graduated. Worse: you can't discharge student loan debt in bankruptcy anymore, which means you're a debt slave if you can't pay your student loans off.

@jws I really do like the push-button start and the door locks are magic. However, I'm sure they are horribly insecure. :P
