For those of who who live on the edge with your iOS devices, iOS 10 is now in public beta [beta.apple.com]. Looks like you'll have to re-enroll your device to get the new version.
Somehow my 1x1 with my boss turned into a conference call…with someone else…that I'm not on.

@konrad the best answer is to not eat. Which is the approach I'm trying to take. That said, as a Type 2 diabetic, I have to be careful about that…
