@matigo at a minimum you definitely need a way to flag posts. Perhaps have a cabal of people reviewing said flagged posts (i.e. the moderator role).

@matigo Medium does have a somewhat pleasing interface to work with. Still has kind of a roach motel feel to it, though. :P
