You can use stunnel which creates an HTTPS tunnel and you can run SSH over that. Unless their content inspection is actually good.

@matigo from a security point of view, SSH a way to hide what you're doing. There's no real way to inspect SSH [securitytheater.phoneboy.com] so best practice is to block it.
