@matigo my wife was also busy yelling at him because he was clearly not following my instructions.
On the plus side, my new Amex arrived. And unlike my MasterCard which got compromised, it actually has a chip on it.
@matigo when I try and walk the boy through troubleshooting things over the phone, he should be observant of things like switches that might affect a firewall's ability to power up.
Didn't take me long to figure out what the problem was with the Internet at home. My son needs to be a bit more observant.
