@matigo same here but I can't imagine they were cheap. They certainly weren't ubiquitous either. And annoying since the tape was, what, 10 minutes or so with that annoying kerchunk when it switched tracks?
@matigo had to be when cassette tapes started being a thing. To expensive to do otherwise.
@matigo I still have all my mix tapes. And I turned them into playlists on iTunes. Not the same though.
