@JeremyCherfas whatever method you choose for intermittent fasting, it has to fit with your life. Eating once a day (or less) generally works with mine. I would prefer in general to have my meal at lunch time, and I even manage that at times, but dinner is usually the meal that makes the most sense.

@JeremyCherfas For this app, I had to choose a "goal" timeframe and 20 was what I chose. I adjust for social obligations, crossing timezones, etc, and in reality, I try to keep most of the eating in a 2 hour window.
@paulyhedral probably has a similar amount of sugar as whipped cream too ?
