After this week, the family agreed that a puppy was not a great idea. The good news is that we are rehoming her with a family that wanted two puppies from the person we got ours from; they’re getting their wish after all. They also have other dogs, which means built-in entertainment and a more overall dog-friendly environment.

So yes, many expensive lessons were learned this week. Meanwhile, a lot of boxes from Amazon are going back.

This week's lesson: After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing after all as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true.
