@literary I'm basically eating one meal a day (dinner with my family), tending towards a ketogenic diet. During the day, I will have black coffee or espresso and a cup or two of broth. Mostly for the salt, but also because I like chicken broth :)

@literary The Aeropress is one of the cheapest coffee devices you can get. It does take some practice to get excellent results, but well worth it.
