@matigo I think the wheels are about to fall off the podcast advertising bus. Basically no one has any idea how many real listeners or pageviews they have and it’s really easy to buy fake views.
Proctor and Gamble has already figured this out, having pulled down a lot of their digital advertising with no appreciable impact to their sales.

@kdfrawg very true, it’s uncommon here, mostly because historically, the number of really hot days in a year could be counted on one hand.
Meanwhile, my wife grew up in the South, where it was a requirement, so we’ve had it pretty much every place we’ve lived.

@matigo yup. That and deal with moar construction. Monday, they will start putting up the roof over our new patio.
@matigo It's only been 40C in Seattle one time since I've lived here. That said, they're backing off a little on the forecast, but still, we're talking 38C. Good thing I'll be south when it hits. :)
