the minimum in the US for full-time employees is usually 2 weeks a year. My allotment is due to my tenure at Check Point, which includes my time at Nokia (18 years between the two).

I'm maxed out at 30 days and have been for quite a while. I take a week off here or there, but when you get 5 weeks a year… O.o
