@indigo for me, it simplifies the eating rules greatly: it's either dinner time (time to eat) or it's not (don't eat).
The first few weeks of this were a little rough in that you go through what some have described as "keto flu." It does go away and the difference is night and day, particularly now that almost all my cravings are gone!
That said, I would never claim that fasting will work for everyone.
