@JeremyCherfas Glucose meters are cheap enough, it's the test strips that really get you. A large part of why I use the iGluco meter is the cheaper test strips.

Re your ETP episode @JeremyCherfas: As someone who struggles with weight, diabetes, and all that entails, I get really frustrated at all the conflicting advice I receive about what's healthy, what's not, etc. Sadly, I suspect it's largely due to all the competing interests for my pocketbook and nothing to do with my (or anyone else's) health.
Took a bit longer than I thought, but I now have Check Point's latest early availability release running at home. Didn't help that I suffered a power supply failure on my firewall appliance and ended up having to set up a VM server to get it all up and running. So far, so good. #nt
