20 years into my career and I still struggle to introduce myself over email.
@hybotics Nothing beyond the fact that people I know use it. Which is pretty much the only reason I use many of the communication mechanisms that exist.

@thrrgilag sadly, yes. I'd use it if people I knew actively used it. They mostly use WhatsApp (which, thankfully, has improved it's security recently).

@matigo I've been using Castro lately. It shows the length of the show in the list. You can find your 15 minute show and just play it.
My iPhone 5s seems to be much happier with the new battery I put in. It's gone a day off the charger with some use and it's still got 45% left. Need to let it drain a bit more to ensure I've got the battery properly calibrated.
