You can use stunnel which creates an HTTPS tunnel and you can run SSH over that. Unless their content inspection is actually good.

Anytime I hear AT&T complain publicly, such as their complaint rivals are launching WiFi Calling sans FCC approval [www.theverge.com], I wonder: how many laws and rules were written specifically to benefit AT&T and harm their competitors? Quite a lot.
