Seriously, though, Oatmeal is not as filling as everyone else says it is.

Settled on half a cup of oatmeal, heavy cream, and a handful of mixed nuts for breakfast. You bet I'm checking my blood sugar in two hours.

Crap, there are no eggs in the house. This is going to make breakfast a bit of a challenge.

#bgnow 102 mg/dL. How is that even possible after last night?

#bgnow 134 mg/dL which means Spam Musubi, while not the best dinner choice, is ok in small quantities for me.

It will be interesting to see what Spam Musubi does to my blood sugar. It probably won't be good.
