@matigo there the compelling reason is: "lack of security updates." But I'm guessing your employer doesn't care about that. @chriskrycho

@matigo consider that rolling out an upgrade to hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of machines is a shedload of work. There needs to be a compelling reason beyond "new shiny shiny" to the business to go through that pain. @chriskrycho
