7 miles on the treadmill. My heart rate was supposedly in Zone 2 but my blood sugar thinks otherwise. 😳
@sumudu for most of us I think the risk is largely overblown.
I will say that all this panic is causing organizations to look very closely at Remote Access (and related security) solutions for their employees to allow them to work from home. Which, if that holds, might be one good thing that comes out of this.
@variablepulserate if I had my druthers, that's what I'd do, but it's not a battle I'm willing to fight.

@sumudu considering my trip to Israel was cancelled for similar reasons, I wouldn't be surprised if you don't get to make that choice.
I guess if TurboTax is warning my wife she should probably be running Windows 10 because Microsoft wants everyone off Windows 7 (despite the fact people are still can't get people off Windows NT or XP), I have to do that computer swap for my wife I was planning to do so she gets Windows 10 in the process. Because that's the only way to upgrade to Windows 10: a fresh install on different hardware.
Not looking forward to moving all the data and reinstalling shit, but that's part of my job as the IT guy in the family.
While I am trying to slow down a little to keep my heart rate in Zone 2, I find it hard to gauge my speed.
@matigo I have to merge the high quality audio files together and cut out a couple places where we talked over each other. In one of the topics, we covered an important question AFTER we moved onto a different topic.
That and I have to record intros and outros.
