@matigo it was hot the last couple days. This morning it was a reasonably cool 20C or so.

Unlike the last couple days I've been here the treadmills were in use. Went outside for a walk instead.
Got a good night of rest and got a decent jog in. Ready to take on the week in Brazil.
Since jogging after I eat rarely ends well, I decided to just walk briskly instead.
