Spoke too soon on feeling better. Definitely have the Con Crud stuck in my chest. It probably wouldn’t be something I’d see my doctor about, but I have an appointment for my annual physical on Monday that I scheduled weeks ago, so there's that.
Barcelona was not kind to either my weight or my blood sugar. Will need some recovery time at home.
