some people apparently do. Even though I am generally an extreme guy, diving into a 30-day fast just didn't occur to me.

The #1 Rule of Fasting [medium.com]: Start slow. Don't go from "never having fasted" to a 30-day water-only fast.

they grey doesn't bother me. In fact, I expected to be this grey 20+ years ago based on based on how much grey my dad had in his early 40s.

The one thing these passport photos (Mar 1999, June 2008, June 2017) don’t show is my weight loss in the early 2000s. Clearly I gained it back, but I’m back to losing.

They do show how quickly I’ve went grey, though. ?

The nice thing about going to bed early is I can wake up early upgrade all the WiFi routers to their latest firmwares without anyone noticing.

I guess an early bedtime is the expected result after jumping 10 timezones.

totally understand that.

she looks cute!

exactly

One thing I definitely like about intermittent fasting: travel either results in either no (or minimal) gain or weight loss.

The trip to Israel resulted in a net loss of 7 pounds, which is almost everything I gained during Christmas.
