@kdfrawg I think I was pretty committed when I was in my Atkins phase. I'm still about 45 pounds / 20 kilos above where I got with that.

@kdfrawg Even if BMI is not a great indicator of health, it'll still be nice for the doctor to remove the "morbidly" off my medical record.

I just submitted 4 travel requests for travel going from now to the first week of January. Yeah… my December is going to be busy.
