I just submitted 4 travel requests for travel going from now to the first week of January. Yeah… my December is going to be busy.
@indigo if you're taking insulin, that's where you really gotta watch out. I'm not quite as worried with Metformin.

Depending on the BMI chart you look at, I am either Morbidly Obese or just Obese. Either way, it’s a significant improvement from where I was.
@indigo I’ve seen some say that below 70 mg/dL (or 3.9 mmol) is hypoglycemic, others say low 50s or lower. I imagine it’s less of a concern if you’re not taking any meds or insulin.
Then when you add in the +/- of glucometers… ?
