Putting the "fasting while traveling" theory to the test.
It's sad my Starbucks knows me so well they can recognize me by my order in the drive thru. And I usually order in store.
Finally upgraded my Buffer account to the Awesome plan. Because I need to market stuff. Because I'm now in marketing.
@kdfrawg if you can drink it without the heavy cream, more power to you. Personally, I like the 40% stuff I get from Costco. :)
@kdfrawg the approach I'm using will theoretically address both issues.
The theory goes like this: Type 2 Diabetes is about insulin resistance. Meaning, you body produces insulin, but your body has become resistant to its effects, thus the higher-than-normal blood sugar. You can attempt to treat the symptom (i.e. the higher blood sugar) or you can treat the root cause (i.e. the higher insulin).
Since pretty much every food you eat will increase your insulin, the only way to decrease it is to minimize how often you eat. You might call that intermittent fasting as 1(https://intensivedietarymanagement.com/) does, or you might call it time restricted feeding [themission.co].
Either way, I'm eating once or twice a day at the moment, and not first thing in the morning. Still having coffee with heavy cream. So far, so good.

@kdfrawg to each their own. I already have an issue with body heat. Wool doesn't exactly breathe… :P
