It took 8 days for our MIS to set everything up so I can use this Mac for work. Would have taken less time had they did what I told them to do when I opened the ticket in the first place…

@sumudu yup, the flight attendants gave the guy a pretty thorough explanation of it. It was both too close to landing and there is a limit.
