Covers everything my wife and I say in a given day and more. That's only because my kids aren't that old yet. :) http://youtube.com/watch?v=sXT6Hs113ZA
Whether you're voting for one of these clowns or that geriatric guy, you have to admit, it's funny.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8lvc-azCXY
A little over an hour ago, Pat Phelan announced to the world that Twitterfone was live. Within 40 minutes or so, he had 1500 signups. Since the service is invite only at the moment, it might be a bit before you get your invite to the service! What is it? Twitterfone takes your voice, transcribes it to text, and tweets it on your Twitter feed, complete with a link to the original audio. This is bog simple and free.Local numbers are available in 10 countries, including the US, UK, and Ireland. Another 30 countries are coming in the next 6 weeks.
My wife and I were trying to figure out a way to explain where Zoe went. For the longest time, she kept asking where Zoe went. We explained Zoe isn't here anymore. We gave her a picture of Zoe so she could see her all the time.
Leave it to the school to explain. Well, they didn't directly explain it, but they explained that Jesus died for us. It's a pre-school at a church, what do you expect? Anyway, she asked my wife if Zoe died the other day. She, of course said yes. Then my daugher said "Jesus died, too, so she must be Jesus' kitty now."
I drove by the vet the other day with the kids in the car. Jaden mentioned something about not needing to go there at all now that Zoe is dead. Then Gracie piped in with Zoe is Jesus' kitty now.
Oh well, it's not the explanation we were going for, but it works. Since then, the questions have stopped about Zoe. Instead, we get questions about if we're coming to her birthday or not, since that's coming soon. ;)
This has to be one of the most awesome mods I've ever seen:
This buy Ben Heck took an original Apple ][gs and modified it to look like a laptop. Look at those slats on the front that remind you of the Apple //c. There's a floppy drive on the side. There's also a CompactFlash that serves as a hard drive!
Of course, it's not a real laptop as there's no battery. But it sure looks cool!
I've seen some pretty hard flash games in my time, but this takes the cake: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSmuaDvnCWIIf you think you can beat it…go give it a try.
I'm not quite sure what to make of this Gorgeous Tiny Chicken Machine Show, but add Ron Jeremy, a.k.a. The Hedgehog to an episode, and hilarity ensues.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5usOxDNGZgs
While this clearly not real, and clearly something Qualcomm is putting out there to gather some attention, I wonder how far off this product truly is? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYimJPi5qJYRelated articles

I usually don't have problems coming up with any of these things, except for keywords. It seems to do a really nice job at finding keywords. I like the idea that it suggests other, related articles I could link to, though I personally haven't used it before this post here. I mostly included it as an example.
Let me know what you think, though. Sure seems like a winning tool for me!

Russell Shaw blogged about a great number of things for ZDNet, TMCNet, and The Huffington Post, not to mention a number of books. And I thought I wrote a lot. ;)
I never did get to meet Russell Shaw, in real life or on the Internet. I do know, however, he was well-respected and I enjoyed reading his work. He will be missed by the Internet community for sure.
Edit: Since I posted this, I've seen posts from Andy Abramson, Dan York, and Ken Camp. We still don't know why he died yet, but I'm sure those details will come soon.
