@matigo Even 20+ years into working from home, it's tough to find the appropriate balance. The lack of other available distractions has been hugely problematic.
While we adapt to the “new normal” we can confidently say that our new work culture will take into account some of the opportunities the past months presented.
Most of our employees expressed their desire to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and work from the office. We plan to enable that.
A "hybrid" model seems awfully optimistic, the way things are trending right now.
