Someone said I looked 15 years younger. Well, here’s two photos with 14 years between them. Gained and lost more pounds between them photos than I currently weigh and in way better shape.

An improvement over last night's AQI of 290 but this still very much no bueno.

Air quality still sucks, but I have a treadmill and NFL Red Zone.
