I'm showing Comcast they are number one with my middle finger. They clearly don't care because they clearly don't have to.
The funny thing is, I saw the modem (by MAC address) in my Xfinity app, when I looked later. I was getting service, it was just very laggy and dropping packets, which of course Comcast denied was happening and refused to help.
Spent my entire fucking day troubleshooting a Comcast-induced problem they denied existed when I called their customer disservice department, who also claimed the very same modem I had been using for years wasn't in their system anymore.
