I just woke up in the middle of the night with one of those headaches. You know, the kind that, for the last couple of years or so, would quickly escalate to a migraine complete with nausea.

@matigo the fact you're exercising a lot and watching what you eat means you're likely ok. Me? I wasn't taking care of myself, with the result being diabetes.
