Pretty much any place I'd go at home short of Costco is closed or otherwise off-limits at the moment. Doesn't leave a lot of options, but the outdoors are still wide open.

outside is one of the things they haven't limited anywhere in the US…yet. In fact, they even explicitly say to do so in areas where they've otherwise said "shelter in place." Provided you exercise social distancing of course.

When I weighed this afternoon after my jog, I was 90kg. Scary to think I weighed about 150kg at one point.

Given I was up until 3am and had stuff to do when I woke up, this ended up being afternoon jog.
