Because Catalina has stricter permissions on everything "for your security" it broke Audacity's ability to actually record unless you start the application up from the command line. Thanks, Apple. 🖕🏻

Only travel to HQ if you're not bringing a customer. Considering Israeli election officials were wearing hazmat suits to open ballot boxes earlier this week, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

So much for going to Tel Aviv for the near term.

Trying to add a daily plank to my regimen. Yesterday, 85 seconds, today: 95 seconds.

Long day of meetings ahead

don't remember that exact number, only that the tokens SHOULD expire with inactivity. Some might argue they should expire more often than once every 30 days, but it really depends on the use case and the data involved. :P

It's funny, with all this fucking hysteria around Coronavirus--definitely happening around here as people are scrambling for certain supplies from local stores--I think about how the Israelis react to missiles coming from Gaza and elsewhere. Sure, when the sirens go off, meaning when actual missiles are in the air, people head to the bomb shelters to ensure they're not harmed, either by the missiles Iron Dome doesn't get or the falling debris from the ones that Iron Dome takes out. After the immediate threat is over, everything goes more or less back to normal.

Also, some perspective is useful here. More people have died from the regular flu virus than Coronavirus and most of those who died from Coronavirus have compromised immune systems to begin with. Not saying you shouldn't take precautions, but they're the same basic precautions you should take every day to prevent catching or spreading germs.
