there's some logic behind my choice: sleep cycles are about 90 minutes. If I wake up and I have 60 minutes before I need to get up, I'm better off just getting up.

Besides, planes are decent for sleeping. Especially when you're sitting in First Class seats (though not a requirement for me).

Worst part is I actually jogged a little farther than this but something caused my Apple Watch to pause the workout. Guess I need to always activate the screen lock on my Apple Watch. 😬
