@matigo And when you get back, you should consider putting some strong boundaries around "work" and "personal" time. Which I know is hard when you're working from home all the time and there's more work to do than you can possibly get done.
@matigo The bigger issue here is you're allowing it to become your problem.
I do everything I can to distance myself from work on the rare occasions I take a vacation. If I don't have a work trip planned immediately after vacation, I don't even look at email. If I have to look at email, I limit correspondence to whatever is required to coordinate travel for the next week and that's it.
Everything else can wait. Including "emergencies" caused by people who obviously plan for you to keep rescuing their ass from their own incompetence.
