Worst part is I actually jogged a little farther than this but something caused my Apple Watch to pause the workout. Guess I need to always activate the screen lock on my Apple Watch. 😬
@matigo Well, yeah, I don't like talking on the phone very much. But this is also one of those "taking charge" moments, which I'm not big on either.
No idea why calling a restaurant to make a reservation for a large party is such a nerve wracking experience for me.
@variablepulserate I didn't quite get there. Did have a bit of a time limit this morning, so I couldn't go quite as far.
For some reason, I went all Zone 3 over the Cushman Trail. Must have been chasing that rainbow.

As usual my treadmill and my Apple Watch disagree on distance. Hard to argue with the time put in, though.
