I set the bar low today at 2 miles, ended up doing 3.2 (or 5k).

Still sick, still in foreign lands, still putting in the work.

Yes, I know a few of you said I should take it easy. Compared to what I normally do, this is easy. Which is weird because I never thought I’d say jogging three miles was easy.

I was up until 4am watching the 49ers ultimately lose Super Bowl 54 after not sleeping much the night before. And I'm pretty sure I'm sick again. This 5k I did was…rough.

Bless you, Germans, for liking the NFL enough to broadcast it, at least during the Super Bowl. It’ll be interesting to see if they try to call the game. Won’t understand a word of it, but at least I won’t have to hear Buck and Aikman.

Found a channel airing the Super Bowl in Vienna on my hotel TV. Doesn’t solve the “it’s on really late and I’m jet lagged” problem but that helps. A lot.

I didn’t intend to throw Zone 2 to the wind, but I clearly did on this 5 miles along the Danube.
