@matigo while I don’t drink beer regularly, which is basically liquid bread, I should probably drink it less than I do. 😬
Today was most definitely not a No Sugar No Grains day. I shall use the negative experiences I will surely endure to refocus me towards the #NSNG light.

@matigo my tastes have changed quite a bit. Food that I used to like the taste of doesn't taste good anymore. Coincidentally, it's mostly stuff I shouldn't eat anyway, so that's a win.
