Point Defiance in the background…and Mount Rainier off in the distance. Any day you can see Mount Rainier is a good day.

Good question. Plenty of people who haven't seen in ages don't always recognize me.

I went in for a blood draw this morning and did a call at 8am. All good.

I was probably at my worst five years ago. Had sleep apnea, Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension, migraines, edema in my legs, and weighed over 330 pounds.

Today, all those problems are gone and I weigh 210 pounds. And I jogged 5.5 miles this morning. #TransformationTuesday

Trust me, I know from experience. I tried doing that in Florida recently when it was 23C at 7am.

The first excursion induced vomiting around 30 minutes in. The second one was a little better, but I only did about 4km.

but you probably don't try to do it every day.
