Been a few weeks since I've jogged on the waterfront. That fall chill is in the air.
@matigo I tend to only be willing to drink around other people…and when someone else is paying. 😬
@variablepulserate to try and keep myself from straying too far out of Zone 2, I alternated walking and running. Much easier to do on a treadmill.
The treadmill I have at home wants me to log in. 🙄 But unlike the treadmills I find in my travels, it doesn't stop after 60 minutes. Either way, got 5 miles in.
