Jogged down by the harbor this morning. My reward is this awesome sunrise.
@matigo my books were published with Addison-Wesley, which ultimately got bought by Pearson. I remember the painful shit I went through back in 2001-2003 to get my book ready for publishing. Their Word templates were…ass, to put it mildly. Wouldn't be surprised if they still used those shitty things.
Five years ago, I was just about to find out the damage I had done to my health with years of mostly poor diet. Today, the diagnoses I received then are a memory. #TransformationTuesday
@matigo I'm not waking up my family at 2am. There's also a reason I jog outside at 5am versus use my treadmill 😬
The headlamp I bought for my morning jogs are also useful for mowing the lawn in the dark…
