Between getting a little lost going off the beaten path and my energy levels, I did not make great time today, but I still got it done.

A couple things changed since this was recorded: I'm now down to 210 pounds (95kg) and, assuming my A1C remains normal, my Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis goes away.
@joeo10 not 100% sure yet, but I wanted to make sure the whole process was working. It wasn't, but I think I fixed it.
