What is it about "day of flight" that fucks with my sleep so much? Even when the flight is at 10pm. π
@matigo my doctor said I could drop it once my A1C was 5.0%. Which, assuming these recent numbers aren't a total aberration, may be achievable.
Then again, I dropped my statin and blood pressure medication against his advice. π¬
@matigo I suppose if you get less emails from said "manager" that's a good thing. Also seems petty.
Blood sugar still a little low this morning. Might be good to skip the Metformin to let gluconeogenesis do it's thing. #bgnow #diabeties
