@matigo the more processed the food is, the worse it is for you.
Usually only do about half the time on the treadmill, did a full hour outside. Feels good.
@larand Funny thing is my employer also offers Kaiser…in California only. Kaiser does operate in Washington State since they acquired Group Health. Have to bug our benefits folks to see if they can make it an option next year.
Doctor's office says: we submitted a referral to your insurance.
Insurance says: Yeah, no.

@matigo It's mostly a paperwork thing. Anything not done by my primary care doctor must have a referral. It'll probably get paid, just have to argue a bit with my doctors office and the insurance.
And…not a chance I'll be able to fall asleep anytime soon. Just found out I have to argue with my health insurance over my calcium scan.
