Gained a few pounds on my last set of trips but I was able to punch a hole in my progress belt (meaning my waist shrank). That's progress.
@matigo I've got another 10 day stretch in December, not counting a trip to Israel most likely at the end of the year. But yes, things slow down a bit during the holiday period.
