why would you need to make shit up when the truth is this crazy?

nice to know he's still alive to grant permission :)

quite possibly. He was never a huge fan of the spotlight to begin with.

Our bodies are made to go long periods of time without eating and handle some variability in available foodstuffs.

These days, we can eat pretty much whatever we want whenever we want. And that…we were not made for. And we're all sicker for it.

yikes, the lack of space doesn't help.

or as I often say, there is too much blood in my caffeine stream. :P

reducing carbs makes intermittent fasting a LOT easier. But not having a way to store or cook food is hugely problematic.

While the high blood sugar is a problem, it's a symptom of a different problem: insulin resistance. The continued presence of high levels of insulin is what drives a lot of the progression of Type 2 Diabetes.

The only way to address this is to reduce the amount of insulin your body needs to manage your blood sugar and the frequency which the body needs to do it.

You can reduce the number of times your body triggers an insulin response by eating less often (or fasting). You can reduce the amount of insulin required when you eat by eliminating or severely reducing the carbohydrates in your diet (which require the most insulin to manage).

This is basically how I reversed my diabetes.

apparently it adds support for Google Assistant, which being primarily an iPhone person, isn't really interesting to me.
