Not so much "no more Facebook" (as I maintain more than a couple Facebook pages for work) but just making it so that using it is more difficult.

It's one of the reasons I didn't just "restore my backup" when I changed phones recently. I rethought some of the apps I previously had on the phone.

There seems to be a growing interest in a "not fully smartphone." Adam Curry picked up on this trend a while ago and he's actually using barely functional phones with little more than a web browser to get back some of his sanity.

The main issue with it now is that SHA2 is a requirement for HTTPS and almost none of the older Symbian phones support it. So… probably not.

as a fomer Nokia employee, I still have a fondness for Symbian.

Don’t worry, I’ll be gone again soon ?

I've actually been in the same timezone for the last few days. And home to boot.

Not sure what caused my inability to properly fall asleep last night.

Clearly you're in the wrong place.

needless to say we've been encouraging each other on our respective journies.
