And yet, they still talk about points [washingtonpost.com], which is just another way to count calories. Which, anyone who's dieted knows doesn't work.
@matigo my goal is to get to about 86kg, which is where the BMI chart says I am merely "overweight." If I can get my waist/height ratio down to a 0.5 or less, that would also be good. To do that, I need to lose another 15cm (or 6 inches) around the waist.
