There's plenty of bad nutrition science & click-bait reporting of (conflicting) epidemiological studies as causative [nytimes.com]. No wonder we're all confused about what to eat.
In case you're wondering, Android is still horribly insecure, particularly if you're buying budget devices [bleepingcomputer.com]. The expensive devices are somewhat better, but I still prefer iOS from a security standpoint.

Keeping my weight at around 230 pounds/105 kilos for six months while undertaking significant travel is…an accomplishment.
@matigo The previous low point was end of May, I think, and you could see the floating average weight creeping upward. Definitely needed to nip that in the bud.
