@larand Doesn't ever day need some Tom Lehrer? https://www.youtube.com/watch
@hybotics reducing carbs makes intermittent fasting a LOT easier. But not having a way to store or cook food is hugely problematic.
@hybotics While the high blood sugar is a problem, it's a symptom of a different problem: insulin resistance. The continued presence of high levels of insulin is what drives a lot of the progression of Type 2 Diabetes.
The only way to address this is to reduce the amount of insulin your body needs to manage your blood sugar and the frequency which the body needs to do it.
You can reduce the number of times your body triggers an insulin response by eating less often (or fasting). You can reduce the amount of insulin required when you eat by eliminating or severely reducing the carbohydrates in your diet (which require the most insulin to manage).
This is basically how I reversed my diabetes.
@matigo apparently it adds support for Google Assistant, which being primarily an iPhone person, isn't really interesting to me.
Took 40 minutes to update my headphones with new firmware. Why I bothered with it, I have no idea. Because they were working just fine beforehand.

@hybotics I can see how that would be a problem. One thing you can do that will literally cost you nothing: intermittent fasting.
Now that my wife and I are eating only once a day (sometimes, I even skip that meal), and we have one less teenager at home, our food bills have gone down significantly.
@hybotics I don't think one needs to spend ridiculous amounts of money to eat better. Example from Dr. Ken Berry: https://www.youtube.com/watch
