@matigo the good news is that I planned ahead enough that it didn't take a lot of work to get things "basically working" for the family, though I had to walk my wife through moving her network cable to different equipment.
But I clearly need to rethink the whole setup since a power outage shouldn't break all the things.
Going to have to rethink my home network setup as a power outage took it down and I can't bring it back from hundreds of miles away. Got it working for the time being but it's less than optimal.
