It's all about your level of paranoia. From a security perspective, their services are good--they have to be, given how prevalent they are. If you don't want to give your data to Google…good luck, even if you don't use their services. :P

I'm reading conflicting information on whether or not humans can properly digest whole grains or not and extract the nutrients therein. Maybe some can, but I'm pretty sure, given my own metabolic issues, I am not able to, making me far better off without them.

If we're talking about grains as found in nature, like you're discussing in your podcast right now, I might be inclined to agree. If we're talking the highly processed grains that many people consume in mass quantities, it's a different story.

Even in Seattle, we've managed 33 consecutive days of 21C+ weather (many days 30C+). Which for here is…unusual.

That's pretty warm.

Most processed food contains sugar and grain, neither of which are particularly good for us.

As for chocolate, I pretty much stick with 85%+ Cacao chocolate these days.
