To be fair I am also supplementing potassium, magnesium, and sodium while doing this. That is surely helping.

Having your electrolytes in order really helps. I'm taking magnesium and potassium in supplements and drinking broth for sodium.

Looking through my fasting history on Vora, I can see my longest fast is 54 hours, next longest is 51 hours. Currently at 47.5 hours and feeling pretty good. Thinking I'll set a personal record with this one.
